• Preparation of exact 1:1 samples that the customer can physically test before major investments and mass production.

• Finalizing the production formulation (recipe) based on customer approval.

• On-time delivery of high-volume projects utilizing advanced machinery within our 5,000 m² integrated facility.

• Production of ready-to-assemble, integrated parts (insert molding) by casting/injecting directly onto wood, sheet metal, or metal frames, going beyond standard polyurethane casting.

• Inspecting every batch off the production line for dimensional accuracy, density, and surface quality.
